Chow Mein

1 Lb. Hamburger
1-2 Cups chopped celery
1 Can cream of mushroom (or celery) soup
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
4 Tbs. soy sauce

Brown meat. Throw off grease.
Add celery, cook until tender.
Add soups and water (to desired consistency).
Add Soy sauce.
Let simmer to desired temperature.
Serve over rice.

This recipe is easy to modify. I prefer to substitute the hamburger with ground turkey breast or chicken breast. I like to add other (frozen) vegetables (mushrooms, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) or cans of Asian vegetables and baby corn.
