Pot Pie

10 inch dutch oven
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 Cup carrots chopped
1/2 Cup onion chopped
1 Large potato cubed
2 Chicken breasts (cooked) cubed
1 Can green beans
1 Can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 Can milk

2 Tbs. sherry cooking wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil potatoes in separate saucepan until tender and set aside
In dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat
Cook carrots and onions until carrots are tender
Add chicken, cooked potatoes, green beans
(Optional: add 2 spoonfuls sherry cooking wine and a little thyme)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add soup and milk
Stir and heat to bubbly
Open biscuits, divide each biscuit into two parts, peeling them into two thinner biscuits
Lay biscuit halves on top until covered
Place pan in oven until biscuits turn golden brown, about 10 minutes
